Maybe if we googling the keywords Cloud Computing with its own definition of Cloud Computing that will generate a lot of arguments that explains about Cloud Computing, but an outline understanding of Cloud Computing itself is simply the "information technology services that can be used or accessed by customers through the Internet"

Cloud's own words referring to the cloud symbol that is in the world of IT is used to describe the network of Internet (Internet cloud).

However, not all services available on the Internet can be categorized as Cloud Computing, there are at least several requirements that must be met:

1. The service is On Demand, users can subscribe to just that he needs it, and pay only for what they use only.
Suppose that a service provides 10 feature, user can subscribe 5 features and only pay for 5 of these features.

2. The service is elastic / scalable, where users can add or reduce the type and capacity of the service he wants at any time and the system is always able to accommodate those changes.

3. The service is fully managed by the provider / provider, which is required by the user merely personal computer / notebook plus an Internet connection.

In essence, Cloud Computing is a mechanism that allows us to hire information technology resources (software, processing power, storage, and others) via the Internet and take advantage of our needs and pay according to taste as well.

Especially in the current economic conditions, every organization will think long to issue additional investment in IT side. Moreover, just to get the services may only be required from time to time.
